Tim Starace is the bassist and keyboardist for the progressive rock band YYNOT. Originally gaining a following on YouTube for his precise Rush covers, he was recruited by guitarist Billy Alexander in 2015 to form the group.
In addition to performing Rush’s catalog, Starace is a core member of the band’s original projects, contributing to their three studio albums. Professionally, he works in artist relations and product management for Tech 21 NYC, a role that keeps him closely connected to the bass gear industry. Based in New Jersey, he is also a key organizer of Bubba Bash, an annual charity concert held in memory of Neil Peart.
